1. General

1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – “Policy”) describes the principles of processing and protection of information received when using the Arlight NFC mobile application (hereinafter – “Application”).

3. By using the Application, you confirm that you are familiarized with the terms of the Policy and agree with them.

2. Terms and Definition

1. “User” – an individual who has installed and/or uses the Application.
2. “Personal Data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified User.
3. “Processing” – any actions with information (collection, storage, transfer, etc.).

3. Data collection and use

1. Arlight NFC application does not collect and does not store personal data of Users.
2. The application does not require registration, name, e-mail, phone number or any other information allowing to identify the User.
3. The app does not use third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising or tracking.

4. Logs and technical information

1. The Application does not save log files of Users' actions.
2. The only network traffic is requests to NFC-devices and, if the User explicitly wishes, opening external links through a browser. The Application Operator does not control and is not responsible for the content, Policies or practices of any third-party sites or services to which the User may access external links.

5. Purposes of processing (none)

No personal data is processed, there is no purpose of processing.

6. Data security

1. We do not store personal data, so there is no risk of data leakage. Nevertheless, the Company ensures that the Application is protected against unauthorized access, substitution and malicious interference.
2. The Company is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages.
3. The Company shall not be liable to the User or any other third parties and shall not compensate for any damage, including lost profits; damage to honor, dignity or business reputation, and other losses caused in connection with the use of the Application.

7. Transfer of data to third parties

1. User data is not transferred, sold or exchanged with any third parties.
2. The Application is not integrated with advertising or analytics services.

8. Rights of the User

1. The User has the right not to install the App or to uninstall it at any time.
2. As no personal data is processed, requests for the provision, rectification or deletion of personal data are not applicable.

9. Changes to the Policy

1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. The User agrees that this Policy may be changed unilaterally by the Company by posting the updated text of the Policy on the Internet. The User confirms his/her consent to changes in the terms of the Policy by using the Application. In case of disagreement with the current or amended version of the Policy, the User undertakes to stop using the Application.
2. The new version comes into effect from the moment of its publication in the description of the Application update in the official stores.
3. We recommend that you periodically check the Policy's relevance via the link on the website.
